Esmée Fragrances offers these delivery options.
1. Free Standard shipping- On orders over $100
2. Standard shipping (2-10 business days)- $14.95 3.Express Shipping (2-4 business days)- $24.95
All orders will be dispatch Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders made after 9:00am Friday and on the weekends will be dispatch the following Monday. (If it is a public holiday in QLD on a dispatch day, orders will be dispatch the following day)

How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to the customer's email, in the next day after the purchase. It will automatically send updates of the parcel to the provided email.
Will the Soap flowers break off while shipping?
Soap flowers will not break apart easily. We pack every order with care before it is dispatch.
Will the glassware smash while shipping?
The glassware will not smash easily. We pack every order with care before it is dispatch. If your parcel is damage while shipping please refer to our return policy
Do you deliver on a specific day?
We do not deliver on a specific date. We partner with Australia post with delivering our products. Arrival time of the item will depend on location and delivery method you choose on checkout.
Do you provide International delivery?
Esmée Fragrances provides international delivery, but the customer has to pay extra delivery fee. We are not responsible for any loss or damage items while delivering overseas. Please contact us on info@sweetheartgift.com.au to arrange for an international delivery.
